PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
internal Sales, support for Business Planning and Budget/Forecast preparation. Support for KAM Leader other assignments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Sales data reporting, work out monthly sales FCT/ACT with plant logistic and financial department under the support of each AM.
Lead Order maintenance, receiving order from Account Managers, put into system, responsible for valid order for internal use.
Support for Marelli marketing strategy reporting.
Support other sales activities, for project and mass production under the direction of AM, dealing with customer for delivery, Quality and other projects problems as windows contact sales support on site customer plant.
Support Sales Department Activities, like department document collection, sales team absence recording, TS quality system support, Tech-day and Expo work support etc.
Support After Marketing Sales with Commercial Manager for China market.
Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred
EXPERIENCES:
• B.S. degree need
• Good oral and written English communication ability
• Basic computer skill
CAPABILITIES (Marelli Behaviors and Technical Skills) / CULTURAL FIT:
• Excellent communication skill, customer management experience
• Accept travel if necessary over China and good at teamwork
