职位描述

We are looking for a new colleague in the ME Dept. at our location in Zhangjiagang.

Your tasks:

* Make sure production line running as target CT and solve process issue for production.
* Lead continuous improvement activities for production to improve manufacturing cost.
* Maintenance and update documentations like PFMEA, WI, changeover, mistake proofing and so on with the initiative from Regional IE.
* Responsible for new project launch, meet cmk / CT / poka-yoke / document /operators training, etc. requirement.
* Cooperate with Regional IE to complete machine concept, layout. To be involved with new equipment procurement and pre/final acceptance and receive from Regional IE after SOP.

Your profile:

* Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering
* Min. 5 years’ solid experience in assembly process as process engineer in automotive industry, shock absorber assembly process would be preferred.
* Good experience in assembly process, press to fit, torque tightening, mistake-proofing and tool/fixture design.
* A team player with good organization skills.
* Shock absorber production knowhow would be much preferred.
