职位描述

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.负责PCR项目的配方的开发。Responsible for the development of the compound for the PCR project.

2.负责PCR配方的认证Responsible for homologation of PCR compound.

3.负责PCR材料的认证Responsible for homologation of PCR material.

4.负责PCR新配方的密炼工艺、压出或压延工艺及硫化工艺的调整Responsible for adjusting the mixing process, extrusion or calendering process, and vulcanization process of the new PCR compound.

5. 配方开发，负责部门PCR项目的推进Compound development, responsible for the promotion of departmental PCR projects

ACTIVITIES

1. 原材料的开发和管理，原材料的实验评估；Development and management of raw materials, experimental evaluation of raw materials;

2. PCR配方和原材料标准的日常管理和维护Daily management and maintenance of formula and raw materials standards;

3. 参与新产品的开发和旧产品的改进Participate in the development of new products and the improvement of old products;

4. 市场投诉分析与处理Analysis and handling of market complaints;

☒ 新PCR配方上线在车间释放，并对车间不合格品进行处理。The new PCR Compound is released in the workshop and the workshop non-conforming products are processed.

5. 完成部门领导分配的工作。Complete the work assigned by the department leader.

6. 了解PCR相关试验设备并有能力建立PCR相关试验方法。Understand PCR related test equipment and have the ability to establish PCR related test methods.
