2.Leading the project core team – core team members report to project manager
3.Interface to the customer, with regards to cost, timing, quality, involving the proper company functions
4.Reporting project status, potential risks internally to Project Control Committee (PCC), execution of Project Assessment meetings, creation and maintenance of Project Status Report(PSR),
5.Application of AL Harmonized procedures, dedication of work packages to team and project leaders of sub-teams; monitoring timely completion activities
6.Project risk management, execution of design concept release (CR) and quality risk control (QRC) in each phase of project
7.Responsible of output of project team and customer meetings output should be documented in a “List of Open Points”
8.Preparation of CAPEX approval, and present the project financial status in front of HQ management team.
