• Organize and optimize the allocation of the resources across the different projects to ensure full coverage and best workload balance
• Together with the Project Buyer, be the interface in front of PMO organization for any APQP topic
• Interface with Quality Development for Customer audit / escalation linked to new projects
• Organize and lead the Supply Risk Assessment for each new project launched
• Ensure the respect of APQP process from sourcing phase till launch of Safe Launch Plan application and handover to the Plant
• Ensure the usage of the appropriate tool/s in each phase of the project development
• Ensure that the APQP activities on each procured component are updated and consistent in the APQP Data Base
• Ensure that supplier activities performed in self-evaluation (Project Review, Capacity self-evaluation) are controlled and validated by the Supplier Development Engineer of the involved component
• Identify the critical situations that require an escalation; lead the internal escalation and follow up until **itive conclusion
• According to APQP governance, perform, together with the Project Buyer, a periodical and deep review of each project under development, by providing all the required updated project KPIs to measure the progress and result of the APQP activities on the procured components. Perform the review at least on weekly basis and evaluate, on a case by case basis, the needs to increase the frequency
• Maintain the action plan at project level, shared with the Project Buyer, ensure its availability on the APQP Data Base
