Position Overview:
1. Ensure that the product R&D verification test, design verification test and product verification test can obtain technically
2. Ensure that the testing work is strictly carried out in accordance with the technical requirements of international standards, national standards and customer standards for product testing.

Job Responsibility:
1. To ensure that the laboratory continuously and effectively meets the relevant requirements of ISO/IEC17025 in various activities such as testing subcontracting, procurement of services and consumables, supplier management, management and traceability of instruments and equipment, and guarantee of environmental facility conditions.
2. Ensure that the purchased consumables and calibration services can meet the relevant requirements of customers and laboratories and make records.
3. Be responsible for keeping consumable purchasing materials and keeping and storage of purchased items.
4. Contact suppliers for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair work, and be responsible for tracking and receipt.
5. Responsible for determining the corresponding environmental testing and monitoring items according to different testing and use requirements, responsible for the setting, maintenance and repair of environmental facilities, and making maintenance and repair records.
6. Responsible for adjusting the plan to maximize the utilization of class equipment resources.
7. Responsible for testing OSM and tail light products, as well as implementing project management work
8. Other tasks arranged by the laboratory manager

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or above degree
2. Understand the ISO17025 management system.
3. Proficient in enterprise standards, automotive industry standards, national standards and other laws and regulations related to automotive lamps/electronics.
4. 2 years or more of experience in laboratory testing and management in the automotive parts industry (OSM or external signal lights).
5. Good interpersonal understanding & communication skills
6. Complete know-how of MS office suite
7. Has growth mindset and with can-do attitude and team spirit
8. Possessing proficient English communication and writing skills
