职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.To develop software modules common to products platforms for the assigned products
2.To define and to develop application software's architecture
3.To define and to maintain software development's methodologies
4.To define and to maintain the methodologies and the tools needed for software code's automatic or manual generation
5.To ensure and to guarantee the training of new comers in software team
6.To respect the quality requirements and guidelines with strong focus on SPICE development process
7.To design specific solution to satisfy the request of the assigned customer
8.To be pat of the project team and responsible for software development timing
9.To be the customer's interface for software design and timing
10.To provide the needed support to Quality Dept for field or 0-km returned parts analysis
11.To participates to the assigned ECU and TCU project development meeting,with customer and HQ SW Architecture Dept
12.To write the minute of each meeting with the customer
13.To trace the open point list in a specific document
14.To trace the required release date into a planning
15.To identify tools needed for software test and agree with direct manager the relative investment list

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or above degree,min 4~5 years working in related function
2.Experience in embedded real time system's design(architecture,realtime performance...) is preferred
3.Experience in automotive software design and control algorithms
