Responsibilities
1.Project Assessment / Project Status Report / LOP Pre-Review and Check/ Capacity Workload Planner
2. Coordination with team leader/section manager in each functional department to support project manager for specific open items
3. RQA Involvement & Coordination (Timing Line setup / review & Project Team List)
4. Generic project status presentation preparation to management
5. Rest of the responsibility remain as program manager
6. Execution of a project management from Project Release to Project Design Review
7. Leading the project team – team members report to project manager
8.Interface to the customer, with regards to cost, timing, quality, involving the proper company functions
9.Launch coordination - supervision and control of Launch Coordinator’s activities
10.Reporting project status, potential risks internally to Project Control Committee (PCC), execution of Project Assessment meetings, creation and maintenance of Project Status Report(PSR),
11.Application of AL Harmonized procedures, dedication of work packages to team and project leaders of sub-teams; monitoring timely completion activities
12. Project risk management, execution of design concept release (CR) and quality risk control (QRC) in each phase of project
13. Responsible of output of project team and customer meetings output should be documented in a “List of Open Points”
14. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor, preferred in Mechanical,Electronic Engineering;
2. Minimum 6-year relevant working experience in project management and totally at least 8 years working experience, preferred in automotive industry.
3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written;
