Responsibilities
1. Will working with R&D, MFE and supplier Quality for FMEA and control plan working out.
2. Do project audit to protect the program health as team member of QMP.
3. Will be an igniter for process development. Coordinator of D/ PFMEA development.
4. Will be a contact person within program team and R&D. well organized from DFMEA to PFMEA .
5. Development and maintain the FMEA system, build the FMEA database and share the information with other plants in Asia
6. Need to join all the audit which related with D/PFMEA, and lead D/PFMEA items in audit
7. Other job from manager

Qualifications:
8. Five years plus working experience in the relevant field with foreign-invested companies;
9. Expert for FMEA and Control plan in Automotive business, Lamp experience is a heavy plus;
10. Knowledge of Quality Management and Quality Tools (8D, Ichikawa, PDCA etc.);
11. Very good Team work and Negotiating skills;
12. Fluent English language;
13. Excellent reactivity, problem solving;
14. Availability to travel;
15. Team-oriented, open and communicative character;
16. Able to work under pressure in a global team;
17. Determined to achieve the goals
