职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

1.Support PUR, Plant and R& with detailed Tooling calculation targets (bottom up calculated with CALCARD software – licenses are already installed in AL and have to be used)

2.Support PUR visits/negotiation towards suppliers regarding best cost targeting for tooling

3.Further support R&D for tooling cost improvements in an analytical analysis approach.

4.Support KPI improvement (TCTP reviews) and on demand negotiation support for Sales

5.Support Tooling Concept optimization & V**E in RFQ / DEV

6.Support global offers with local cost rate master data

7. Other business activity assigned by line Manager

8. Other tasks assigned by line manager



Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical design or high experience in tooling design and construction, with commercial experience. [Technical toolmaker skills absolutely necessary]. Experience in tooling cost calculation. Experience with calculation software is recommended. Negotiation experience with toolmakers and customers recommended.

2.Fluent English skills

3.MS Office is mandatory, especially Excel and if **sible with Access data base experience.

4.Acceptable of frequent business trip.

5.Person should have a strong self-discipline working behavior.

6.Knowledge of financial function

7.Good communication skills
