职位描述

Responsibilities：
1.Responsible for preventive of the production machinery in PLC side,
2.Continuously driving OEE improvement, Improve machine downtime in PLC Side.
3.Collaborates with others for the assessment of equipment set up, the installation of new PLC systems and modification to existing ones.
4.Assesses suppliers and raises PR.
5.Keep PLC programming running smoothly and HMI without bug
6.Involve new project, support launch, equipment engineering solution developing, line setup and commissioning;
7.Provides technical guidance to engineer supervises.
8.Coordinate, train and motivates other guys, allocates work according to priorities.
9.Handles relations with outside suppliers, providing advice on PLC programming and training, collect new production technology or equipment and tool.


Requirements：
1. 5~8 years manufacturing experience on PLC programming related, Automotive / Chassis component industry experiences is a plus
2. Experienced at Simens serial PLC,Kuka Robot, Kenency camera, Cognex camera,scanner,sensor technology
