职位描述

o follow and establish engineering standard documents with central ID
• Coordinate the improvement of current process to meet AL standards with central ID
• Hold informative and feedback meetings with the employees.
• Work closely with technology manger in ALH/ID on latest technology and trends evolving around various injection moulding(1K,2K.3K,4K,BMC) and introduce in ASIA plants.
• To preside and to coordinate the activities of qualification and approval of various type of injection moulding machine technical specifications for building new plants or for buying new machinery in coordination with ALH/ID central team.
• Project coordination and execution with detailed timeline, preparing documents related to the initial release of injection moulding machines and thereafter documents related to operation and maintenance of the plants and training of the relevant production personnel until the plants released for series production achieving desirable OEE. This activities shall be executed with the relevant Plant Pre-production Manager and Plant process engineer
• Onsite support at plants for Injection moulding and tooling issues
• Support in MCTR activity(cycle time reduction) for all type of tools in injection molding plants
• To participate to the D/P FMEA meetings for new projects when needed
• Involve in RQA activities together plant process related staff for defining cost and quality effective solutions to produce new components when needed
