职位描述

Pur**e of **ition:
- To coordinate the development of lighting and structural analysis technique for new products during development phase.
- To report to the section head, the progress of all his projects and tasks.
- To review all Customer’s requirement on structural, vibration and test specifications.
- To conduct design validation on products or system during development phase.

Job Responsibilities:
1. To conduct structural simulation with Ansys-structural module during development phase.
2. Provide the technical solution to the designer and design to cost oriented.
3. To review the customer specification and prepare the simulation report.
4. To assure that all Design Checklists are fulfilled within stipulated schedule.
5. To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
6. To follow up the comparison of structural simulation versus validation result and revise the simulation parameter.
7. To take care of all equipment and instruments belonging to the department.
9. Ensure collaboration between R&D department with the same goal.
10. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.




Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering; at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the development of lighting technology for automotive industry.
2. Experience in software of Ansys-structural, Hyperworks, Radioss etc.
3. Good CAD knowledge. Preferable with good skill in CATIA software.
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
