职位描述

Pur**e of **ition:
Member of MFE (Manufacturing Engineering) team, dedicated to direct, manage and coordinate the Electronic Plant test process and equipment. Supervising and executing test design, introduce, implementation, optimization and training of medium up to high complexity plant related test equipment maintenance and management.

Job Responsibilities:
1、 Define and provide the preventive maintenance planning for testing machine and ensure the supplying of spare parts.
2、 Lead new product development from test requirement, spec, test equipment, program to fixture
3、 Lead related electronic testing fixture/system/equipment design and development assist to analyze and solve big and complex electronic PCBA and assembly abnormal issue from production line and NPI product.
4、 Train operators and maintenance technician for failure analysis and reparation of testing equipment.
5、 Define NPI procedure and test management of test portion, new test equipment and technology introduce.
Qualifications:
1、University graduated, major in computer science or electronics
2、Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in testing equipment design and maintenance for PCBA ICT, FCT, EOL
3、Good skill of software: LabVIEW and TESTSTAND
4、Good at English both reading and writing
5、Good interpersonal skills
