Pur**e of **ition:
WCE - World Class Engineering is one package of methodologies and tools running through the whole company. The pur**e is to improve on the whole system and deliver high qualified product to customers throughout all staff participation. Meanwhile, it need to decrease the waste of manpower, equipment, materials and energy.

Responsibilities
1.Support WCE pillar activities in regional level.;
2.Guarantee the standardization of the relevant WCE methods and tools and the alignment of the WCE approach across the different Business Lines in his/her pillar of expertise.
3.Ensure the continuous development of the methodology in line with the needs of each Business Line.
4.Contribute to the development, identification and dissemination of best practices on pillar. Manage knowhow.
5.He/She works in collaboration with the WCE Central Pillar Leader to develop a pillar network globally in order to steer the growth of the practice consistently with the strategy of the global WCE team and in conjunction with the pillar referents of the WCE development center and of the central teams of the other holding companies.

Qualifications:
1. University diploma;
2. Minimum 3-year Lean Manufacturing experience with Foreign - invested Companies ;
3. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software;
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written;Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must;
5. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
