职位描述

Qualification:
college or above, preferred in Tooling design/Tool project management;
-Minimum 4 years working experience in Automotive lighting field
-Minimum 6 years working experience as a tooling designer in tool shop or Project management;
-Good leadership skills.
- Family knowing steel, tooling standard components, tool concept;
- Family knowing tooling manufacture process;
- Family knowing tooling development milestone;
- Family knowing Auto CAD, Catia, UG, Pro-E;
-deep knowhow on injection machine & process;
-Good communication skill, a good team player
-Good in written/read / speak English;
- Working hard style, be award to a lot of business trip.
Responsibility:
1. Manage up and Follow up all the progress of the project of the tool
2. Report to the schedule of all tool projects to the manager.
3. Work with R&D to optimize the part design;
4. Work with PUR to calculate tooling cost;
5. Review, Approve tool layout from tool supplier;
6. Following the tooling manufacture schedule;
7. Lead the tool trial out activities in house tool shop and plants;
8. Output the process information to mass production, release the tools to mass production
9. Coordinator with Europe HQ tooling expert for any new tooling concept
