职位描述

Responsibilities
1. Is responsible for the design of products for designated customers.
2. Is responsible for the group of staff and the projects and tasks assigned to him and his staff.
3. Together with the Project Designers he is keeping close contact to the customers, vendors and other departments.
4. To be accountable of the design done in his team.
5. To assure that Design FMEAs are conducted and followed up.
6. To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.
7. To check drawings for samples planning (A, B, B1, C & D).
8. To take care of the welfare and the discipline of his staff. All personal matters the department head has to be consulted.
9. To lead staff sub group to achieve Technical Responsibilities
10. To coordinate Quality Procedures Management.
11. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, equivalent or higher; experience in the software and hardware design of products for automotive industry or similar parts is desirable
2. Good PC skills especially in OrCAD or Allegro System, and good knowledge in Schematic Layout and simulation.
3. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 6 is a must.
