岗位描述：
1. Oversee assembly processes and guarantee the achievement of shift production goals.
2. Organize production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
3. Coordinate and assign production personnel.
4. Schedule shift including work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees and shift meetings.
5. Document and steer the production performance and KPIs.
6. Control product quality to ensure that product is produced within given specifications.
7. Guarantee a clean and safe work area and complete shift paper work.

1. Foreman’s education or Degree in engineering
2. 2 - 5 years of manufacturing work experience
3. Strong technical affinity
4. Good communication and problem solving skills
5. Good written and verbal English
