职位描述

职责描述：
1.Responsible for internal and external engineering change management process, distribute the relevant documentation and ensure accurate implementation of engineering change process in both pre-SOP phase and series production phase.

2.Align with internal and external customer sides for change requirement, technical solution, specification standard, drawings, BOM and so on for the accurate engineering information identification and exchanging to all the interested parties.
3.Organize the internal change management meeting, collect feedback from relevant functions on potential risk identfication and countermeasures, and figure out the evaluation results and resolution planning accordingly.
4.Coordinate the trial run (T-Car) assembly planning and excuation, identify the potential risk and bottleneck ahead of time, review the test results and feasible countermeasures, define the engineerign change implementation planning with internal and external customers via the various project meeting platform and channels.
5.Monitor new material supplying chain, plan the production process, check the production arrangements and ensure the engineering change implemetation on time.
6.Improve the communication effiiciency and optimize the change management process continously to build up the reliable reputation with internal and external customers as orientation.
7.Handle the project management in plant, e.g.: production line capacity increasing investigation and implementation, create internal project team, make timing plan and set up milestone, hold regular team meeting to monitor project, report the project status to managers by gate review.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in Technique or Engineering field；
2.Above 3-year experience in Engineering Management or Excellent Graduate；
3.Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, database administration and operation；
4.Fluency in written and spoken English;
5.New project development experience as plus.
