MISSION
☒ Be the voice of the customer within Sentury, from understanding the basis of the customer requirements to delineating between wants and needs and translating them in term of technical specifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
☒ Represent the Technical requirements of the customer
☒ Represent Sentury to customer in term of technical solutions meeting requirements
☒ Manage customer technical requirements data bases
ACTIVITIES
☒ Analyze market and customer trends (by country, segment, conditions usage) in terms of technical requirements including standards and regulations
☒ Capture and translate customers’ requirements in terms of Sentury specifications
☒ Create and maintain technical requirements database (worldwide, accessible and consultable by all R&D teams)
☒ synthetize the technical customer specifications required for Gate 0 submissions
☒ Manage critical technical relationships with key customers (as support of sales technical support)
☒ Approve documentation of technical support for sales
☒ Organize regular meetings with customers to anticipate needs, understand and discuss requirements
☒ Organize regular meeting with R&D technical teams to update them on customer requirements and regulations
☒ Support teams in customer claims analysis (8D, …)
PRE-REQUIREMENT
☒ At least bachelor in technical cursus
☒ Significant previous similar **itions with key OEM (especially Europeans), at least 10 years in tier 2 or 3 tire companies or OEM
