Mission:

1. Manage the daily operation of import/export/domestic shipments . including carrier selection ,freight booking ,customs clearance ,delivery ,tracking-trace ,and shipping documents preparation

2. Collaborate closely with all stakeholders regionally and globally

3. Take part in continuous improvement activities in logistics department.




Position Responsiblity:

1. Ensure all documents and operations are compliance with safety and quality requirement

2. Gatekeep checking before goods import. responsible for import customs clearance

3. Apply related certificates for export 

4. Manage the performance of third parties

5. Find any improve case during the cross-function shipping daily work.

6. Other related work assigned by the leader.




Position requirements:

1. Diploma: Bachelor’ s Degree in Logistics, international trade, Supply chain or related field

2. Working Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in 3PL, forwarder, with experience on shipping arrangements.

3. Good command of Microsoft office and English skill are required.

4. Very good coordination skills, sense of urgency, logic and detail oriented.

5. Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives.

6. Strong self -learning skills.
