职位描述

• Manage and monitor customer forecasts, delivery schedules and build efficient communication with each customer on logistics issues to drive customer satisfaction.

• 管理和监控客户预测、交货时间表，并就物流问题与每个客户建立有效的沟通，以提高客户满意度。

• Supervise and improve the day-to-day department KPIs incl. On-Time-Delivery, ITO, Inventory reduction, inventory accuracy, LPKM, transportation and freight costs,etc.

• 监督和改进部门的日常关键绩效指标，包括。准时交货、ITO、库存减少、库存准确性、LPKM、运输和货运成本等。

• Control plant inventory and minimize slow moving and obsolete materials;

• 控制工厂库存，尽量减少缓慢和过时的材料;

• Actively participate in the plant physical inventory counting activities;

• 积极参与工厂实物盘点活动;

• Monitor and improve wrong delivery prevention activities in production process, non-full box management process, quality inspection process and dispatch process to drive zero wrong delivery issues to customer;

• 监控和改进生产过程、非整箱管理过程、质量检验过程和发货过程中的错误交付预防活动，以推动客户零错误交付问题;

• Monitor and oversee production capacity to ensure continuous and safe delivery to customer, both short-term and long-terms;

• 监控和监督生产能力，以确保持续安全地向客户交付短期和长期产品;

• Priodically audit FG dispatch process, make sure all wrong delivery activities are followed by warehouse operator;

• 对FG发货流程进行初步审核，确保仓库操作员跟踪所有错误的交付活动;

• Participate and take in charge of any logistics and warehouse related cost calculation to support the Quotation Team and quotation process;

• 参与并负责任何与物流和仓库相关的成本计算，以支持报价团队和报价流程;

• Manage import and export activities, foresee and avoid any potential company risks when dealing with customs; Ensure the compliance of Custom policies and transportation rules of varied goods, such as CCC components, dangerous goods,etc;

• 管理进出动，在与海关打交道时预见并避免任何潜在的公司风险;确保符合各种货物的海关政策和运输规则，如CCC组件、危险品等;

• Responsible of customer related returns of goods, dealing with SAP/MES/WMS operations;

• 负责客户相关退货，处理SAP/MES/WMS业务;

• Manage logistics Forwarders, Agency and other 3rd Party Logistics Vendors, balance every factors incl service quality and cost, etc;

• 管理物流代理、代理和其他第三方物流供应商，平衡包括服务质量和成本等各个因素;

• Budget logistics department cost, logistics expenses and capital expenditures;

• 预算物流部门成本、物流费用和资本支出;

• Manage logistics related data maintenance in the ERP - SAP system and the production MES/WMS system; Especially when start of production and when the part number change issued and implemented;

• 管理ERP-SAP系统和生产MES/WMS系统中的物流相关数据维护;特别是在开始生产和发布和实施零件号更改时;

• Potentially responsible for the plant sales SO and sales SD module SAP data maintain;

• 可能负责工厂销售SO和SAP数据维护的销售SD模块;

• Implement continuous improvement actions to support MAFACT activities;

• 实施持续改进行动以支持MAFACT活动;

• Performs all job functions abiding by the office/work standards (outlined in company handbook)
