PROFILE:
Responsible for the overall sales activity, revenue growth and team training with adherence to Magna Global strategy and compliance policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain the new customer and continuously pursue new business to sustain the company
• Standardize and monitor the whole sales process from vehicle concept till EOP phase, including bidding, launch, and mass production
• Collect AR payment in case of any delays and push for customer issue resolutions.
• Support the annual budget planning and regular forecast for the plant from sales standpoint as well as department budget
• Organize the resources to ensure the customer satisfaction in all means
• Support the global sales strategy in local region, such as customer strategy and locally promoting the technology.
• Train and develop local sales team with Magna values to enable them opportunities to develop themselves
• Support the internal and external audit for plant certification or upgrade.
• Other duties as required by HQ or superiors.
• Performs all job functions abiding by the office/work standards (outlined in company handbook)
• Follows Magna’s Code of Conduct & Ethics and related compliance policies
HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:
