职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Process laboratory test requests following guidelines and priorities.
2.Prepare the test specimens (cleaning, weighing, photos taking) and lubricant samples, and operate various lab test rigs and instruments according to test method or SOP (Standard Operation Procedure).
3.Analyze test data and create test reports accordingly to the respective report template of the specific testing machine or method.
4.Optimize, coordinate and implement the necessary mechanical-dynamic tests.
5.Plan and purchase technical aids for the test process, such as test parts, measurement technology, evaluation software, etc. to maintain a high modern technical test standard.
6.Maintain and calibrate all test equipment and machines/rigs.
7.Construct and commission new test equipment and machines/rigs, e.g. the construction and assembly of pumps, gears or the installation of sensors.

8.Implement the ESHQ related safety tasks.
9.Maintain lab cleanliness and tidiness before the end of every work day.
10.Involve in the Field Trials on customer site, willing to travel in country around 15% of working time.
11.Other related jobs required by lab working content.



REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Machinery. At least 3 years experience in mechanical design of testing machine or machinery testing.
2.ESHQ knowledge, knowledge of measurement technology, tribology basics are beneficial.
3.Passionate and direct hands-on involvement in operating test machines/rigs.
4.Attention to details (performing test requires meticulous behavior/handling).
5.Demonstrate strong data analysis/interpretation knowledge or skills.
6.Willingness to learn new test methods.
7.Willingness to work in a team environment with good communication skills.
8.Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
9.Good oral and written English.
