PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
1. The **ition manages Marketing communication and eBusiness platform for animal nutrition in Greater China
2. Work with the Evonik China team to ensure the smooth operations of the e-commerce platform and marketing activities to support AN sales growth roadmap
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies with supervisor and plans to promote the company's products or services in the Chinese market.
2. Conducting market research to understand the target audience, their needs, and preferences.
3. Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and advertising including traditional and digital ways
4. Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
6. Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
7. Managing budgets and ensuring that marketing activities are cost-effective.
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing communication efforts.
9. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations related to marketing and advertising.
10. Implement myAMINO (webpage & webshops) successfully in Greater China.
11. Define challenges, access entry to local webshops, implement successfully and monitor afterwards.
12. Internal projects involvement and lead in terms of new product launch, etc
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree qualified in a Marketing or related fields.
2. 3+ years marketing experience within the livestock industries essential, either as a marketing specialist or product specialist.
3. Knowledge of the animal nutrition industry: The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the animal nutrition industry, including the different types of animal feed, supplements, and additives.
4. Sufficient experience in marketing communication: The candidate should have experience in developing and implementing marketing communication strategies and plans, including digital marketing, advertising, and public relations.
5. Basic knowledge in ecommerce experience
6. Language skills: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential for effective communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.
