RESPONSIBILITIES
Search, track and identify the latest ESH related laws, regulations and standards through kinds of approaches, such as authority websites, associations, and service partners, etc.
Identify and evaluate all applicable legal requirements and corporate requirements, to initiate promotion program to each site through explanation and training, gas analysis and to fulfill internal and external ESH related requirements in region.
Risk alarm in case of new critical laws, regulations and standards publish or update.
Closely follow up corporate and regional ESH policy and guidelines, procedures, to provide translation, explanation. To maintain the documents management platform.
Data searching through published information, provide lessons learned from peers, industries, etc.
Authority inspection summary, lessons learned, good practice sharing.
Consultant and audit service to each site in ESH compliance topics.
Audit findings tracking and following up, good practice or **itive findings sharing.
Make sure to achieve the target of “** in compliance”, internally and externally.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in chemical/safety/environment/engineering, nice with master’s degree.
5+ years solid working experience in environmental, safety and occupational health in chemical manufacture sites.
Keen insight in ESH related laws, regulations and standards newly publish or their update, timely deliver the information and value-added service within region.
Good coordination skills in matrix organization, nice having working experience in chemical head office.
Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve relevant targets.
Excellent leadership skill and high quality in interpersonal and communication skill.
Strong responsible for making decision with priority setting and multi-tasking capabilities.
Capabilities to make judgement on critical issues and flexibility to manage unexpected situations.
Fluent English skill being able to communicate in English both in speaking and writing.
A plus with professional certification (Certified Safety Professional, etc.).
