RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out a range of research activities to fulfill the requirements of the role.
- Conduct scientific experiments and tests and contribute to the translation of results into practical applications.
- Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
- Develop testing standards and procedures under the direction of professional colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS
- Master or Doctor degree, background in catalysis, organic chemistry, material chemistry or similar field.
- Be experienced in literature and market study to generate innovative ideas and present it in proper way.
- Be able to lead projects and coordinate various resources with good teamworking.
- Conducts research and analyzes data in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.
- Use clear and effective verbal communications skills and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
- Be confident in working in an international company with people with diverse background.
- Work with guidance to achieve full compliance with applicable rules and regulations in management and/or operations.
- Apply understanding of the business environment and objectives to develop solutions and provide technical assistance when necessary.
