Tasks:
- Develop and implement communication plans that support various initiatives throughout the year, including trade shows, plant openings, HR campaigns and media, customer and internal events in the region Asia-Pacific
- Support global communication initiatives and steer the roll-out in the region Asia-Pacific
- Create impactful and differentiating communication assets from briefing to roll-out
- Develop a production plan in alignment with time, budget and suppliers
- Steer agencies and external service providers
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, journalism, communications, PR or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a role in communications, preferably with a globally operating automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- Strong interpersonal communications and excellent skills for developing relationships within all levels and regions of the organization
- Very good feeling for spoken and written language as well as strengths in conception and presentation
- Well organized and target-focused, Ability to manage multiple projects with complex tasks in parallel
- Chinese native speaker, excellent knowledge of English
