职位描述

岗位职责：
1. Plan and implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
2. Plan and implement new assembly lines and back-up processes with regards to required equipment, tooling & spare parts.
3. Manage the project including: project schedule, cost, resource, risk, quality, etc. Capability to lead a technical meeting.
4. Establish work plan, line layout, technical machine specification, back-up plans.
5. Perform Assembly line, Torque & Press tool parameterization.
6. Take leadership during project installation phases. Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes. Lead regularly project meeting.
7. Take responsibility of supplier monitoring
8. Provide technical support to plants in China with regards to technical issues, change implementation
9. Best practice share, develop improvements and innovations approaches
10. Consult with German colleagues to improve Know How transfer

岗位要求：
1. Min. 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
2. Profound analytical and problem solving skills
3. Experienced in project management
4. Torque & Press tool parameterization capabilities
5. Capability to understand technical processes and parameterize them
6. Good Mechanical & Electrical technical skill
8. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related
9. Fluent English
