职位描述

职责描述：
• Support controlling leader to prepare and analyze monthly & annual financial reports, including Balance Sheet, P&L statement and Cash Flow statement;
• Support annual target setting and business plan preparation;
• Realize investment controlling;
• Support COPA report profitability analysis per product and customer;
• Keep active on-site communication with plant operational departments in the aim of in-depth cost analysis and work out corresponding profitability optimization countermeasures;
• Support liaison with local authorities and internal & external auditors.

任职要求：
• Bachelor degree in controlling, finance or other business related field;
• Min. 3 years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing controlling & accounting;
• Profound MS Office and good knowledge in SAP FI&CO modules;
• Relatively experienced in profitability analysis and KPI reporting;
• Moderate verbal English and good ability in written English;
• Intermediate Accounting Certificate is needed and CPA would be an advantage;
• Profound communication skills and ability to work in a team under pressure.
