PURPOSE OF POSITION
Support on company facility maintenance activities and promote Gentex products by installing Gentex product on vehicles of customer key decision makers
支持公司厂务维护工作，并负责镜泰产品的客户装车以促进市场推广工作。
1. Facility Responsibilities 厂务工作
1) Manage daily and any other regular facility inspection and maintenance work to keep facility and building in a good shape.
负责日常或者定期的设施设备的检查和维护工作，确保设施设备的正常使用
2) Support on troubleshooting for facility related issues 支持设施设备的问题修复
3) Support to coordinate and supervise the on-site contracting work to make sure safety, quality, and reliability.协调监督服务商的现场工作，确保外部维修工作安全，保质，可靠的完成
4) Support on Procure and manage facility spare parts.支持设施设备配件的购买和维护
5) Support on implement of projects in areas of specialty which may include demolition, renovation, light construction, painting, framing, ceilings, roof systems, floors, windows and doors.支持厂务项目的实施，包括装饰，翻新，轻建筑，油漆，框架，天花板，屋顶系统，地板，门窗等
6) Assist with tasks that are outside areas of expertise which may include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, compressed air, nitrogen, security and safety as directed by an internal or external trade master or specialist. 根据内部或外部专家的指示，协助完成专业领域以外的任务，包括电气，管道，暖通空调，水处理，压缩空气，氮气，保安和安全等。
7) Support on building and ground preventative maintenance tasks. 支持建筑物和地面的预防性维护工作。
8) Support on area/departmental training needs as established in the Gentex Environmental Management System (GEMS). 支持环境管理系统建立所需的区域/部门培训需求。
2. Installation Responsibilities and others 安装工作及其他
1) Responsible for sample installations at OEM customer 负责给整车厂安装样件产品。
2) Support Expo event for installation of presentation tool and kids.负责安装技术展示会的展示品及演示设备。
3) Support Engineering team on engineering sample related activities when needed需要时支持工程团队与样件相关的各项工作。
4) Support quality team on rework related activities when needed 需要时支持质量团队的返修工作。
5) Other work that is required from company. 其他公司需要的工作。
POSITION DEMANDS岗位要求
1. Vehicle repair working experience on electronics parts.汽车电子电器维修工作经验。
2. Mechanical or Electronics engineering education background with college degree or above.机械或电子工程大专以上的教育背景。
3.Strong hands on skills.强的动手能力。
4.Strong capability on problem solving.解决问题能力。
5.Electrician Certificate is preferred.有电工证等证书优先。
