职位描述

岗位职责：
• 根据赫尔思曼生产系统的要求来为特殊工艺定义**佳操作，以使工作方式能达到标准（debit，压接）。根据赫尔思曼生产系统的要求并按照以往经验制作生产工艺文件，以便于操作员和工艺技术员能在工艺流程中通过**佳实践来达到生产设定的目标。/Defines the best practices for the special processes so that the working modalities are standardized (debit, crimping) according to the requirements of the Hirschmann production systems. Draws and provides instructions regarding the necessary documentation for production processes according to the Hirschmann production system requirements and in observance of previous experiences (lesson learned) so that operators and process technicians should use the best practice during the process and meet the set production objectives.
• 根据工艺参数的验证过程来为除特殊工艺（例如：塑料注塑）之外的所有生产工艺定义有效的工艺参数，以满足客户需求，并记录，更新和检查工艺参数记录以在生产工艺中使用**佳参数。/Defines validates the process parameters according to the validation procedure of process parameters for all production processes except the special processes (ex: plastics injection) in order to meet the client requirements and records, updates and checks the process parameter records in order to use the best parameters in the production process.
• 确保特殊工艺（塑料注塑）的工艺参数是由注塑工程师根据工艺参数验证过程来定义的，以使客户要求能够达到并且参数能够记录，更新，并检查参数以便生产中使用**佳参数。/Makes sure that the process parameters of the special processes (plastics injection) are defined by the Injection Moulding Engineer according to the validation procedure of process parameters, so that client requirements are met and that the parameter are recorded, updated and checked in the process parameter records in order to use the best parameters in production.
• 根据所有工艺的技术执行工作过程指导操作员和工艺技术员，特殊工艺除外（塑料注塑），以便于他们知晓 机器，工具，设备，技术执行流程的特定方面的操作过程（材料处理，，工作场所，**佳工作参数，他们在生产质量上的影响，产品缺陷和机器设备故障，处理的认知等方面）。/Gives instructions to operators and process technicians regarding the working procedure for all the processes of execution technology, except for special processes (plastics injection) so that they know the operating procedures with machines, tools and devices, specific aspects of technologic execution processes (aspects related to the handling of material, in the working space, the best working parameters, their influence on product quality, recognition of product faults and machine and equipment malfunctioning, countermeasures) according to the specific instruction records, the competence matrix and the instruction and re-instruction plans.
• 根据客户要求（工艺流程，操作规程，设备使用说明书）负责更新新项目文档以便拥有良好资源的评估。/Takes responsibility of and updates the project documentation for new projects in order to have an evaluation of the resources according to the client requirements (Process Flow, Operating instructions, Equipment operating instruction etc).
• 实现生产空间相关的标准化需求（生产空间的识别，工具设备的识别，根据内部程序的操作材料和文档的识别（生产线的识别系统）。/Implements the standardization requirements related to production space (identification of production space, identification of tools and devices, identification of operating materials and documents in observance of the internal procedure (Identification System for Production Lines).
• 执行，更新和检查每日维护以提高工具寿命并根据维护操作过程**工艺中的差异。/Creates, updates and checks daily maintenance in order to increase tool life expectancy and in order to eliminate variations in the process according to the Maintenance Operating Procedure.
• 根据备件管理系统创建，更新并检查备件列表以达到这个数量上的生产零积压。/Creates, updates and checks the list of spare parts according to the Spare Parts Management System in order to obtain zero production backlogs on this account.
• 加入P-FMEA更新以识别和减少生产线中的错误和优化设备及其他需要 /Participates in P-FMEA update in order to identify and reduce faults in production lines and in order to optimize equipment and the other project
• 从设备供应商订购，接收合格的生产设备（如有必要与HQ合作），以便设备能符合赫尔思曼标准并能够在预先设定条件下工作（设备手册，内部规范等）。/Orders, receives and qualifies production equipment (together with the HQ if necessary) from the equipment supplier, so that the equipment should fulfill the HIRSCHMANN standards and be capable to operate under the pre-established conditions (equipment manual, internal specifications etc).
• 创建和维护SAP系统的数据库以监测生产效率并保证参数的优化。/Creates and maintains a database in the SAP system to monitor production efficiency and to ensure optimal parameters.

岗位要求：
• 本科学历/Bachelor degree
• 5+ years experience in the domain
• The general competences were tested during the interview and are generally fulfilled.
• The other competences will be developed during the internal development program.
