职位描述

• 管理相关专业大专以上学历;

College or above, major in Administration Management or related.

• 考勤管理,员工考勤卡管理


Time management and employee time attendance card management


• 员工关系(包括但不限于员工入职、员工离职、日常管理等)


Employee Relationship management (employee on board, termination, daily management etc.)


• 员工花名册维护管理


Employee Name List management and maintenance


• 员工信息录入薪酬/SAP系统及维护


Employee information into payroll/SAP system and data management


• 重要会务:安排会议场所,准备茶水、鲜花、水果等;


Responsible for Important meeting: arrangement for meeting room, team, flower, fruit etc.;


• 负责公司商务车及班车管理,完善用车制度并监督执行;


Responsible for Company car and shuttle bus management, improve related policies and execute accordingly;


• 工作服发放管理


Employee uniform management


• 预订机**、酒店, 访客接待等;


Flight & hotel booking and vistors reception ;


• 食堂供餐:负责食堂及供应商的监督管理工作,确保食品安全;处理员工餐卡;


Canteen meals: Responsible for the supervision and management of the canteen and meal supplier, ensure the food safety; Responsible for meal card management;


• 协助公司员工办理各类签证;


Supports for visa apply for employees;


• 协助人力资源经理组织各种员工福利活动及相关公司活动;


Assist HR manager to the organization of employee welfare activities and corporate company activities;


• 员工商业保险理赔;


Responsible for employee commercial insurance claim;


• 完成领导临时交办的任务;


Others arranged by Manager.






• 三年或以上行政或人事工作经验,有外资公司经验优先;More than 3 years working experience in administration, have work experience at multinational company is a plus;

























• 英语流利,包括口语和书面表达;

Good command of English, oral and written.

• 熟练使用各种办公自动化设备;

Be familiar with office software.

• 具有服务意识,工作热情积极、细致耐心,具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力,性格开朗,待人热诚;

Customer service oriented. Be **itive, patient and honest. Good communication and coordination skill. Open personality, Conscientious attitude.
