职位描述

Major requirements:
• 建立健全研发团队，发展团队成员/ Build up Product Development team and develop team members；
• 建立研发团队体系及流程/ develop department management system and process;
• 为公司设计和开发新的产品/Design and develop new platform for automotive systems
• 确保产品符合客户和内部电气科学的要求/Ensure products meet all customers and internal electrical requirements
• 为客户做演示构建的支持/Support demo build for the customers
• 从供应商处学习新的技术并把它们融入到我们的产品中/Get the new technology from suppliers and integrate them into the products
• 运用工程CAD / CAE工具进行设计分析和评估/Apply engineering CAD/CAE tools to perform design analysis and evaluation
• 必要时要核实和验证在基准线上和车辆上的设计/Verify and validate designs on bench and in vehicle as necessary
• 跟进工程设计的过程和产品发布的手续/Follow advance engineering design process and product release procedures
• 给销售团队和其他同事提供技术支持/Provide technical support to quotation team and other competency
• 在连接器系统、线束组件、成模电缆和通用的赫尔思曼专有的产品上有优秀的知识/Excellent knowledge in Connector Systems, wiring harness assemblies, over molded cables and in general of all Hirschmann signature products
• 理解**佳实践的价值，并且运用**佳实践和其它的工具来推动商业发展。/Understand the value of best practices and apply best practices and other tools to drive business results.
• 清晰简洁的传达信息和意见，包括熟练的理论交流和展示的技能。/Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas, including expert executive communication and presentation skills
