职位描述

1. 管理单一客户的项目或者项目集

Manage projects or collections of projects for a single client

2. 负责量产项目从项目开始到结束开发过程中所有GPMS KP03 - 产品开发，时间，质量和预算

The EPL has full engineering ownership (KP03 – product development, timing, quality and budget) in the serial development process from project start approval until project close approval.

3. 负责客户的需求管理

is responsible for customer requirement management

4. 负责创建和更新项目的SOW（SRS&SDS）

is responsible for creating and updating the project SOW (SRS & SDS)

5. 工程的对外主要接口is the engineering SPOC

6. 对GPMS KP03所有交付物负责，保障工程准时保质保量地签发

is accountable for GPMS engineering (KP03) deliverables, ensuring the engineering sign-off on time and with required quality

7. 保障系统层面量产准备

ensures the system readiness for production

8. 保障工程项目预算的使用

is responsible for allocated project engineering budget

9. 确保工程项目风险的识别和评判

is responsible to ensure the engineering risk monitoring and reviews during project together with the risk management coordinator and PQE

10. 整合核心和供应商组件，系统和服务(如SW，离合器，组件)integrates core and supplier components, systems & services (e.g. SW, clutch, components)

11. 考虑所有外部接口，将变速器集成到车辆中

leads transmission integration into vehicle considering all external interfaces

12. 领导工程团队进行开发和验证(构建模块，功能组，应用工程，测试，DVP)

leads the engineering team in regards to development & verification (building blocks, functional groups, application engineering, testing, DVP)

13. 如果需要，升级工程问题

escalates engineering issues if needed

14. 领导工程团队结构的实施(如RASIC，配置管理，IT数据存储，会议)leads implementation of engineering team structure (e.g. RASIC, Configuration Management, IT data storage, meetings)

15. 领导工程团队处理所有技术问题，分配项目工程预算，时间和质量

leads the engineering team concerning all technical issues, allocated project engineering budget, timing and quality

16. 支持项目全球变更管理

supports project global change management

17. 领导技术客户会议

leads technical customer meetings

18. 评估和协调客户和利益相关者的要求，专利，基准

evaluates and coordinates customer and stakeholder requirements, patents, benchmark

19. 支持满足项目的商业需求

supports to meet the commercial requirements of the project

20. 认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策。

Conscientiously implement the laws and policies of the state and industrial administrative departments concerning production safety, labor protection and environmental protection.

21. 负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审。

Responsible for participating in the company's "Four new" project of environmental protection, occupational health and safety "three simultaneous" review.

22. 负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审。

Responsible for process improvement, new product development, environmental impact of alternative materials, health and safety analysis and review.

23. 主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改

Take the initiative to find all kinds of potential environmental safety accidents and report the rectification

24. 积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议

Actively participate in various environmental safety training and activities, and put forward reasonable suggestions

25. 负责了解Mafact基础知识，参与Mafact相关活动

Responsible for understanding the basic knowledge of Mafact and participating in MAFACT-related activities
