PROFILE:
Responsible for the management of the Magna Lighting China process, , improving the quality of process

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The jig equipment procurement in the new project progress tracking
• Vibration Welding ,hotplate welding ,US welding ,laser welding process
• The new project process commissioning of production line
• The optimization of the new project with supplier production line
• Make work instruction and operation standard and supervise the implementation
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance of
The scene to solve related problems such as technology, equipment, quality
• Training technicians and operators
• To improve the process to improve production efficiency
• Participate in the development of jigs and fixtures
• The technology development of PFMEA for the new project
• Formulation and improvement of packaging specifications
• Comply with the company's regulations on work safety, environmental protection and occupational health, and actively participate in EHS training organized by the company
