职位描述

1. 对新样品进行技术评审/报价/试制/检验。负责铸造工艺释放和参数优化工作,确保新样品顺利PPAP和SOP

Carry out technical evaluation/ quotation/ trial run/ quality inspection, Responsilbe for casting process release and parameter optimization of new samples to ensure smooth PPAP and SOP.

2. 制定和完善相关铸造工艺,PFMEA,Flow Chart，ControlPlan, WI,并协助检查和跟踪工艺实施

Make PFMEA,Flow Chart，ControlPlan, WI and related files, and improve relevant casting process and assist in inspection and tracking process implementation.

3. 配合生产进行铸造生产效率改进,缩短瓶颈工序循环时间,提升OAE等

Cooperate with production team for casting production efficiency improvement, shorten cycle time of the bottleneck process, OAE improvement, etc.

4. 铸造缺陷收集,原因分析及措施制定,改善铸造报废。

Casting NG parts, scrap and root cause analysis and take actions for scrap reduction.

5. 组织并成立改善小组,运用QCC/PDCA/6西格玛等质量工具对重点问题进行持续改善

Foucus on the critical problems, organize team for continuous improvement by using quality tools such as QCC / PDCA / 6 Sigma.

6. 铸造质量相关报告制作,协助客户审核及资料准备

Casting quality related reports (weekly, monthly and yearly reports), assist the data preparation for customer audit.

7. 车间铸造技术支持，以及工程与生产之间的技术知识转移。

Foundry technical support on site as well as the technology and knowledge transfer between engineering and production.

8. 支持和改进多种合金生产的熔炼技术及相关试验研究。

Support and development in field of melting technology for the production of various alloys and the associated investigations.

9. 铸造设备安装及启动等项目规划。

Project planning such as installation of foundry equipment and their start up.

10. 部门经理安排的其他工作

Handle with other daily affairs assigned by Manager.



JOB REQUIREMENTS（职位要求）:



1. 本科及以上学历，材料科学与工程/铸造等相关专业，有铸造技术或者质量工作经历(**好铸铝方向)的优先。

Bachelor degree or above, major in material science and engineering / casting, with experience in casting technology or quality (preferably in aluminum casting).

2. 英语四级，可作为工作语言沟通交流

CET-4, English can be used as a working language for communication.

3. 熟练使用Office 软件(Excel & Power BI),有一定的CAD等机械制图能力,了解QCC/PDCA/6西格玛等质量工具

Proficient in Office (Excel & Power BI), with basic ability and understand of using mechanical drawing software such as CAD and quality tools such as QCC / PDCA / 6 Sigma.

4. 能够承受工作压力, 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神

Under high work pressure and good at communication, with teamwork spirit.
