• Works closely with product engineer, development engineer to develop a high level of understanding of the design and manufacturing processes through CAE software.
• Develops related software tools to aid in the analysis process.
• Be responsible for analyzing and interpreting the analyzed results and make recommendations for design improvements, as well as to provide support to related engineers in understanding failure.
• Making design analysis for customers at their request and make recommendations.
• Preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and external use. Presentation of the analysis results to internal and external customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with extensive work experience in the area of finite element analysis, or a graduate degree in Engineering or Mechanical
• Work under the supervision of experienced finite element analysis
• Work in collaboration with other product engineers and development engineers to understand analysis requirements and results requested.
• Through understanding of mechanical and thermal stresses and strains.
• Appropriate knowledge of the following software:
 Experienced using one of Ansys, Altair Hyperworks (Hypermesh, Hyperview, Radioss,…) or Abaqus.
 Programming experience (PYTHON) are preferred.
 Knowledge of mechanical behavior of powertrain component materials and experimental methods to obtain properties.
 Basic knowledge on Unix OS.
