职位描述

1. Organize project team and work with AE/ Sales to make project timing plan for localization projects and new projects
组织项目团队，与 AE/销售合作，为本地化项目和新项目制定项目时间计划

2. Work with Finance, Engineering and Purchase team to do cost analysis to assist sales manager for quotation.
与财务、工程和采购团队合作进行成本分析，协助销售经理报价。

3. Lead feasibility study for new projects
新项目可行性评审

4. Lead APQP / PPAP and gate review (Gate 3 to Gate 5) to ensure all the project deliverables are in time delivered.
领导 APQP / PPAP 和gate审查（gate 3 至gate 5），确保及时交付所有项目成果。

5. Set up BOM and Routings in SAP system
在 SAP 系统中设置 BOM 和 Routings

6. Review project open issue list and track on regular basis
定期审查项目未决问题清单并进行跟踪

7. Lead internal sample build, new project R@R
领导内部样本构建，新项目 R@R

8. Lead change management, organize function team member to have gate review, risk assessment, production trail run
领导变更管理，组织职能团队成员进行gate审查、风险评估、生产跟踪运行

9. Primary customer contact to communicate project timing plan, open issue list, OTS delivery & approval.
作为主要客户联系人，负责沟通项目时间计划、未决问题清单、OTS 交付和审批。

10. Primary contact for the drawing/spec issues from the plant with global technical center and other plants
工厂与全球技术中心和其他工厂之间图纸/规格问题的主要联系人

11. Make weekly and monthly project launch status report
编制项目启动情况周报和月报

12. Other tasks assigned by project manager.
项目经理指派的其他任务。


Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred)
学士学位（机械工程专业优先考虑）

• At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry as project engineer/quality engineer/ manufacturing engineer/ design engineer
至少 3 年汽车行业项目工程师/质量工程师/制造工程师/设计工程师工作经验

• Fluent English speaking and writing
英语听说读写熟练

• Knowledge of APQP/ PPAP/ PFMEA/ IATF16949
具备APQP/ PPAP/ PFMEA/ IATF16949的知识

• Good at communication and coordination
善于沟通和协调

• Good team player
