职位描述

岗位职责：

·Be responsible for advanced quality planning for robust process design,key contributor of PFMEA and owner of CP
·Be responsible for process quality control to guarantee built in quality via process audit, working discipline audit, process capability study and so on;
·Organize quality trouble shooting with CFT and as FM TiPS expert;
·Initiate quality improvement project based on actual quality data analysis with CFT;
·Be responsible for risk assessment and quality judgement of suspicious product in production, owner of quality judgement with supporting of AE and CQL in production;
·Be engaged in engineering change management with close monitoring from quality perspective.

任职要求：

· Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related;
· Knowledge of APQP & CP,SPC,FMEA, PPAP, quality management and IATF/TS16949;
· At Least 3 years quality management working experience in manufacturing plant, machining process experience is preferred.
· Strong problem solving skill(8D), communication and coordination skills,etc.;
· Written and oral English skill.
· Good team work spirit, be responsible,self-driven and target oriented;
· Can work under pressure;
