GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistance for creating a culture dedicated to customer satisfaction, waste elimination, continuous improvement and standard best practices, through the use of employee’s capabilities, resulting in profitable growth.
• Actively involving in Value Stream Mapping, which aligned with the design of material flow and shop-floor layout to achieve business objectives / goals.
• Work with Plant Manager on strategic projects to achieve OP targets, and coordinate meeting to track the progress of action plans, which includes but not limited to: SMT cost reduction, scrap reduction, C/T improvement, OEE, RTO improvement, inventory improvement, etc.
• Responsible for process improvement and share best practices across the company.
• Responsible for workshop Kaizen and drive team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Responsible for ECAP preparation for new projects/ CAPEX updates.





JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree – science or engineering preferred
• Education and training in the Lean Production System strongly preferred.
• Understanding of and passion for Lean Enterprise, as developed lean Production System
• At least 5years experience working in a manufacturing environment and direct process improvement change
• Strong understanding of and ability to implement Lean Principles and Tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence the behavior of peers and others outside the direct reporting line
• Ability to initiate, lead and sustain change
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Project Management experience and skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
