职位描述

1. 确保现场安全生产，督促并模范遵守EHS规范

Ensure and encourages a safe working environment by promoting safety and environment compliance with all safety rules and procedures in term of company policy work with global team to meet customer requirements.



2. 参与主生产计划，组织生产实施，确保外部市场及内部样品需求按质、按量、按时交付

Participates in MPS, organize production implementation to ensure that the external market and internal sample demand are delivered according to quality, quantity and in time;



3. 实施持续改善，从安全、质量、交付、成本、库存等方面不断提升管理水平和团队业绩

Implement continuous improvement, continuously improve the management level and team performance in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory;



4. 在一定的成本下，把生产流程各工序周期时间缩短**短，组织生产实施，确保外部市场及内部样品需求按质、按量、及时交付

Under a certain cost, shorten the cycle time of each process of the production process to the shortest, organize the production implementation, and ensure that the external market and internal sample demand are delivered according to quality, quantity and time



5. 督促生产主管，制造工程师，质量工程师，维修工程师合作，完成安全、质量、交付、库存、成本等目标

Solves the problems by problem solving tools and resource coordination. Supervises and manages the staff of supervisors, ME/MT technicians and process quality engineers by establishing goals and objectives of SQDCI(Safety, FPY,PPM, outputs,OPE, cost and inventory)



6. 监督TPM实施，驱动设备运行满足生产要求

Supervises the implementation of TPM, drives operating equipment to meet the production requirement;



7. 负责5S并提供5S培训和指导，开展5S审核

Responsible for 5S and provide 5S training and guidance to employees, and conducts the 5S audit;



8. 协调工程、质量、采购等多方资源，确保生产活动正常开展

Coordinate engineering, quality, procurement and other resources to ensure production activities
