职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES（工作职责）:

1. 负责生产设备管理，监督维修记录；
Responsible for the equipment management and supervise the workers’ maintenance records。
2. 参与设备故障排除，参与精益生产管理
Trouble shooting and problems solving; Assisting lean manufacturing management。
3. 参与各项公司内部技改项目.
Participate in company's technical modification programs。
4. 定期做所有机床程序、参数的备份;
In charge of backup the programs and parameters of all machine at fixed periods。
5. 机床振动、精度数据采集、整理、分析；
In charge of collecting and analyzing vibration and precision data of machine。
6. 机床备件申报、统计、维修成本分析;
In charge of applying spare parts of machine and analyzing maintenance cost。
7. 机加设备、组装设备的机械维修,
In charge of repairing machining equipment and assembly machine。
8. 定义维修计划及跟踪，改善TPM程序。
Define, schedule and follow PM, define and improve TPM procedures。
9. 严格遵守公司EHS安全体系要求，避免各种安全事故发生。
Support EHS efforts of the facility and understand and comply with HS&E Policy。


REQUIREMENTS:
任职要求：
1. 专科以上学历，机械类相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical fields.
2. 五年以上相关工作经验.
More than 5 years working experience.
3. 熟知各种加工/组装设备的构造；熟悉车床、磨床等。具有很强的设备故障排除能力；
Familiar with the structure of each kinds of machining and assembly equipment,
familiar with turning, grinding machine，with the strong ability to solve the equipments’
problem.
4. 熟练使用Auto CAD。
Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD.
5. 较好的英文读写能力 。
Good English reading and writing ability.
