职位描述

Be responsible for DS/EMR rubber tooling management;

负责DS/EMR产线橡胶模具管理工作。

1 1、 Responsible for quotation and acceptance for New Tooling;

负责新模具的报价及验收。

2、 Responsible for problem solving, improvement of Rubber Tooling;

负责解决及改进各类橡胶模具的异常问题。

3、 Responsible for making schedule of tooling’s maintenance in annual , quarter and monthly;

负责制定年度、季度、月度的模具保养计划。

4、 Responsible for work arrangement of VS2 tooling technician;

负责产线模具技工的工作安排。

5、 Responsible for performance assessment,coaching of Tooling Technician;

负责模具技工的绩效考核、绩效辅导；

6、 Communicate with the international supplier and tooling engineer;

与国外供应商及模具工程师的沟通

Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Engineering

本科及以上学历，机械工程类专业；

Frequency in English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.

英语听说读写流利；

At least 3 years experiences in rubber,plastic mould.

3年及以上橡胶、塑胶模具工程师经验；
