Responsibilities:
1. Work with Design & Analaysis, Launch teams to define robust and manufacturable products.
2. Responsible for product DVP&R, provide root cause analysis and work out optimizations if needed.
3. Own, lead and be fully responsible for multiple customer business assignments.
4. Work out customer tailored, commercially competitive technical solution to gather nominations.
5. Drive and lead new projects from nomination over development and production phase.
6. Work according to internal standards for APQP project management, monthly reporting, design and analysis requests, prototype orders.

Requirements:
• ＞5 years working experience in Automotive Engineering.
• Good engine knowledge to enable product validation, failure analysis and optimization loops.
• Skills to perform technology or product promotion presentations internally and externally.
• Strong character with business case accountability.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently and prioritize activities.
• Frequent traveling to customer sites and production plants needed.
• Fluent English skill both verbal and written.
• Familiar with IATF16949.
